Shipping Info

Orders generally take 5-7 business days before they are shipped out. This timeframe is due to the fact that a lot of products are made to order. Some blank products are not stocked and therefore may exceed the timeframe as they need to be ordered from suppliers. During peak times, this time may increase, however some items are dispatched quicker than the 5-7 day timeframe.

Our shipping courier is Australia Post and their delivery times can fluctuate depending on the time of year or certain circumstances, such as COVID-19 impacting timeframes. If you have any queries about your order once it has left RCDG HQ, then please contact Australia Post directly.

The price of shipping at the checkout is not just an Australia Post cost. It includes the handling of your products, packaging the products, the packaging itself and then the postage costs. Standard and Express Postage is available, however during peak times, we strongly encourage selecting Express to ensure you receive your parcel. Orders over $100 receive FREE Standard Shipping and can upgrade to Express for an extra $5.00. For extremely large orders, you may be contacted to discuss excess postage costs.

If you live local to the Perth area, you are welcome to select “Local Pick Up” at checkout for FREE and you will be notified when your order can be collected from Redd Canal Design & Gifts. Contactless pickup is available if preferred. 

FREE Local Delivery is also available at checkout within a 15km radius of Ellenbrook, WA.
